I lived there for four years but middleburg took over and mid lease I was told I could no longer park my motorcycles in front of the home. They made us pay four months rent to break our lease. I had initially moved to myrtle landing specifically because my motorcycles had been damaged at a previous rental by thieves attacking them when they were parked away from the home. Rangewater lacks communication. The seem to hire people with 0 experience to manage the place. If you wanna spend all your hard earned dollars to live with mold and roaches be my guest

When you leave the management and the owners Hawthorne Property will not respond to your calls and emails.

Been living here a few months and couldn't be happier! The property itself is beautiful but the staff has been super friendly and welcoming. I love that they are still practicing resident events while taking into consideration social distancing precautions. It has made this tough time, enjoyable while still spending time with everyone virtually or distantly.
