Overall we like our apartment and have had no issues with the staff here! The grounds could be a little cleaner but other than that we don’t really have any complaints!

It's great living here. Everyone is nice and prompt. Wonderful neighbors and great amenities. Would recommend Cape Harbor over and over and over again.

Love my apartment but it is cold...floors cold and extior walls cold. Windows are real drafty and the slider is as well. Other then that love my place.
