We love living here! Everyone in the office is extremely nice and helpful! The maintenance team is amazing when you need something fixed! Overall, a great place to live!

Mgt was responsive to my requests and needs. They attempted to prepare the apartment quickly and repaired or replaced what was needed. Response was very quick.

We have great neighborhood and the people that's along with it. Everyone looks out for one another. Very nice place to live. They keep the grounds picked up,and all trees tried and nice looking

The Cape Harbor Apartments are in a wonderful location. It has nice amenities and they have done a lot of work to upgrade said amenities. The maintenance staff always goes above and beyond and Byron and Brandy in the office are awesome. On the downside, the non-renovated units are rundown and rent is entirely too expensive.
