Disgusting
One star is too much, PLEASE do your research and look elsewhere for reviews. The unit they provided me was filthy. We took pictures, videos, even walked up to the unit with the manager who looked me in the eye and told me it was a beautiful, clean apartment with a dead roach between her feet. Roaches everywhere. Thick, black mold in the toilet tanks. Consulted a former leasing manager acquaintance who stated the amount of roaches/droppings/exoskeletons we found in the 4 hours spent in the... apartment points to an infestation. Not something that could be dealt with by spraying. After paying someone to move me in and back out the next day, paying for a hotel to stay in over the weekend until the leasing office opened (we were told by emergency maintenance that the issue would be “dealt with” during business hours), Wilmington Commons FINALLY agreed to return my deposit about a month later following daily emails that were rarely answered. It was like pulling teeth. And although I never actually inhabited the unit (who could??), I was still forced to pay the remainder of the month’s rent. ASK TO SEE THE UNIT YOU’LL BE MOVING INTO. The model is gorgeous. Don’t fall for it like I did.
