Do Not Go Here!! Look Somewhere else

If I could rate this property zero stars—or even a negative score—I absolutely would. Under no circumstances should anyone consider moving here. Even if you’re feeling desperate for housing, you are not this desperate.

Management is wholly unresponsive and negligent. Our HVAC system has failed six or seven times in the past year alone, with no real repairs—just temporary “fixes” that inevitably break down again. From early June through the end of July, we were left without functioning AC in
sweltering heat despite repeatedly submitting maintenance requests and explicitly emphasizing the urgency of the issue.

Valet trash service is equally nonfunctional—it simply does not run. I had to begin driving my trash to the dumpster myself because the service I’m paying for stopped entirely without explanation or refund.

The overall condition of this apartment complex is disgraceful. The staff is unprofessional, dismissive, and demonstrates a clear lack of concern for residents’ basic needs and well-being.

Do yourself a favor: look elsewhere. There are better, more reliable, and more ethical options out there. This property is, without exaggeration, one of the worst living experiences I have ever had.
