Applicant must provide proof of timely rent or mortgage payment for previous 12 months. This can be done with statements from online payment portals, receipts, cancelled checks, bank statements showing rent amount being withdrawn each month, or notarized letter from current property manager.
Prior to move-in:
-All adult residents need an approved application
-Deposit and 1st month's rent must be paid
-1 year of renters insurance must be paid (about $150 on average)
-All utilities must be transferred to your name
Home is currently occupied and will be available April 1st, 2025.
Please do not disturb tenant- you are welcome to drive by the home, or we can schedule a walk-through tour if we have an approved application from you.
Photos and video tour are a close representation of how the home will look prior to next tenant's move in.
