Sonata Apartments

This apartment complex it’s in a very convenient location. The online portal is very convenient for paying rent and placing maintenance requests. Maintenance has been quick to fix things when something comes up. In the winter my apartment was very warm even when I had the heat shut off most of the winter. My air conditioner has worked well to keep my whole apartment cool throughout the summer, even though the air conditioner is located in the living room. The button for the garage door is the... only way I have access to my garage, it would be more convenient with a keypad or another way to access if you forget the button in your car. There are a lot of cars that park next to the garages instead of in a parking spot, which makes the parking lot tight to get through at times. I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now, and I loved our unit! The building was recently built and isn’t ugly. The apartment itself has high ceilings and a lot of light comes through the back sliding doors. The wood floors were easy to clean, and carpet in the bedroom was comfy. The bathrooms are very nice with good counter space and cabinets. A bunch of kitchen counter space. The apartments are well insulated for temperature control, and probably sound too. I almost never had sound problems with... neighbors. I didn’t like the A/C unit, the type of unit is loud and it doesn’t circulate through the apartment well, but it wasn’t an huge issue.
