AVOID
These apartments are a joke. A month after moving in the leasing agent THREW AWAY my rent check (Cashiers Check, so the money was already out of my account), and then tried to say that I had to get a new cashiers check. That situation went to corporate and they had to wait until the Cashiers check expired 90 days later before they got the rent for that specific month.
They also offer "Payment Plans" Where you can pay on the 1st and the 15th.... but they're still going to charge you the $50... late fee, which they won't tell you about when you are signing the payment plan. You get to find out about that on your own when they post a notice on your door.
Regardless of what market pricing is, if your lease is expiring they absolutely WILL raise your rent. Per Jennifer, the most recent leasing agent, "Rent is increased every year." Average pricing is around $400 less than what I currently pay, and they were still planning on raising my rent if I were to renew (which I absolutely would not.)
I spoke to a leasing agent back in October(Can't remember which one, they've been through 4 in the last 10 months that I've been here) about a service issue I needed dealt with, It still hasn't been handled. I submitted another request in last week and haven't heard anything from them. It is just ridiculous. AVOID these apartments.
