These buildings are only 16 years old but are falling apart fast. They are poorly constructed with loud pipes and inefficient appliances. The apartment units, themselves, have a nice layout, but the soundproofing between units is terrible. The grounds are littered with spots of dead grass and garbage. The garages are falling apart with holes, missing shingles, and broken doors. Police are at the apartments at least once a week. I originally rented here, because I thought it seemed like a great... deal. I was wrong. My only recommendations are to do a 6-month lease and see how you like it, yourself. I would also suggest a third-floor unit to minimize noise. One plus is that pets are allowed.
