Horrible place, horrible management

I wouldn't want my worst enemies Iiving here. This place is a joke. There's a mattress under a bridge somewhere that would be a better place to live.

Awful

This property is trying to abuse the coronavirus epidemic for monetary gain. They are pretty much kicking out every single tenant in my apartment and charging them rent + a couple hundred dollars. I’m personally single, but almost every other tenant is a family. It’s disappointing that the owner chooses to be so cold-blooded and uncaring in a time of mass pandemic.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are always looking for ways to improve, and I will relay the feedback provided to the team.

Every situation is different, but we as a company must protect not only our tenants but the property...
owners and properties themselves.

Not user friendly

Was charged additional fees without warning. Rent is due on the 1st but unlike most places in the area, they do not provide a 5 day grace. If not paid in full they will charge a 10% late fee on the 2nd and an additional $375.00 if not paid in full by the 13th. They make false promises about what they will do but better get it in writing because they will not follow through and as a whole, very very rude staff. I do not recommend and will be moving when my lease is up.

The late fees and process is detailed in the terms of every lease. If you would like to elaborate...

Dont be fooled by rebranding

Update:
By the way, I was recently in the area again and they say there under new management, but as long as D Thompson Realty is the owners, nothing will change. The experiences I outline below were under D Thompson Realty management. I just want to consumers to know the truth.

D Thompson Realty, "Concord Bridge Apartments" was the worst living experience I have had. I was talked down to, cheated out of money, lived with mold around the medal window frames (which will be painted over for new...
residents, but no actual fix to the problem), cockroaches, termites, wasps, and bird mites. They would give keys to maintenance and without notice or signs they would walk in if it was not for additional secure measures such as a chain stop, then they choose to identify who they were. Realty will find any loopholes they can, draw you in, and have an answer for "everything" (if you have the pleasure to get a hold of them). This property management also raises prices on you, if not by rent it is through other odd charges. For example, going from 25-35 dollars in water to over $70 for water, I don't think so. All in all, they will redo the apartments and make everything sound "fresh," but look a little deeper and it is all an illusion.

We apologize for the issues you faced with the previous rental company. OPPM bought out D Thompson and turned things around for the better. OPPM has no affiliation with D Thompson other than we took over management of some of the properties they had.

Quiet, Clean and Safe

Excellent onsight manager/maintenance. Quick and professional assistance with any issue. Always willing to work with a tenant. Quiet neighborhood, various wildlife which makes it relaxing to window watch. Easy to everything: shopping, restaurants, mechanics, grocery, air force base, and entertainment. Excepts pets within city ordinance. Very positive city location, many churches close, central to city schools and public services. Safe neighborhood, high police presence to detour crime... with carrying neighbors. Rent very reasonable for the location. Utilities workable on a budget. On sight laundry, with facilities within blocks as well. Central air, clean property and buildings, ample dumpsters with constant service.
