Horrible place to live!!!

If could give 0 stars I would!!! I do not recommend The Vue at all, this is the worst apartment living experience I have ever had!!! The management is terrible!! If you have a complaint, they never answer their phone and when you do finally get a hold of someone, they don’t do anything about your situation.

This is a very noisy complex to live in, you will hear dogs barking and whining non stop. The walls are very thin too, you can literally hear your neighbors conversation beside and below you...
, it’s very annoying!! The parking is horrible too, good luck finding a space close to your apartment! This is supposed to be a non-smoking complex, yet I smell pot and cigarette smoke all the time.

When I moved out, I left the apartment spotless, I only lived there a year, yet they took my deposit and said I still owe them over $200, they will rip you off and you will not get your deposit back!!

Be very weary of moving into this apartment complex, read all the other negative reviews about this place, because it is true, very over priced apartments for what you get!!! Horrible experience!!!! Horrible management!!!!

DO NOT RENT HERE

DO NOT RENT HERE!
The management was continually rude when requesting simple things. They would get snippy with you when you asked them to do their jobs and “manage” the apartment you are renting. The apartment I was scheduled to move into was not cleaned ahead of time and they expected me to move into a gross apartment. The carpets were so bad when moving in that the carpet cleaner refused to clean them because they were destroyed. They claim to have upgraded models available but only one to...
two comes available every 2 months.
You constantly get conflicting information from management about policies. If you don’t get it in writing it doesn’t matter what anyone said to you, they don’t honor it if you spoke over the phone. We moved out 2 months early and would not let us transfer our utilities back to the complex even though we had turned in our keys. Consistently we would be told by whoever was working at the office that they didn’t have access to our account to know the status of any of your move out process. I have moved 3 times due to being in the military and had apartments at all 3 locations and this is by far the worst one to date.

Tired of it

Where to start? The layout of it is nice but that's about the only positive I have had here. I can never find parking. Then I can never get a working key. They finally changed the doors and yet it was still broken! Ridiculous! I stood outside at 8 o clock at night with my baby in the cold and rain because I couldn't get the door open. I had to wait for a neighbor to come let me in because even emergency maintain didn't answer. I regret the day I moved in here. I move out this month thankfully... and will never recommend this place to anyone!

Do not reccomend

The Management is horrible. When we moved in, the apartment bathrooms were gross and the carpets were stained. We sent in the list of conditions of everything on the form they provide you with when you move in, but never had anything repaired. We will only be here short term, so tried not to worry too much about it. My husband works on base so we were glad for its close proximity. Within the first few weeks most of the appliances were working improperly, we figure from just getting older and... lack of maintenance. Maintenance came and managed to get at least the toilet and faucet in working order. Then we started to notice the fleas! They were horrible. Obviously, they do not bother spraying their yards and so they became out of control for several residence during the summer time. If you have a pet and use over the counter topical cream, these fleas are immune to them. Best to get a vet prescribed one. The bathrooms still stink even after we clean them in vein, so we just keep the fan running and doors closed to help the smell. The management will not bother clearing the pathways but do a great job putting notices on everyone's cars that have not been moved with in 24 hours over the holiday weekend/heavy snow fall, that they will be towed if not moved. They are always closing the office early without prior notice which is really inconvenient if you have a package you need to pick up that was delivered to the office. We are fairly easy going people and usually try to let things go, but living here for the short time we have has enough to give others a fair warning, that they are lacking proper management skills. We had sold our house sooner then we had expected and needed temporary living and these were one of the few apartments that had available units available last minute and were grateful there were, however we will not recommend them and if it had not been our desperate circumstances we would not have chosen them. If they do not pick up their game in better apartment management, they will continue to see a decline of good residence. Their are many respectful residence that live on our floor alone whom have had enough as well and plan to move on. Which is too bad, because it could be a good place to live if they could get qualified management.

Don't Recommend

Parking is horrible, most of the time you come home and literally every spot is taken; people end up taking the handicap spot with no permit or use the no parking spots, then management or other tenants call the police and you get a ticket.

The trash is always everywhere and overflowing. Dog Park was a good idea but residents don't pick up after their pets and management doesn't do anything about it, except put up flyers that end up on the ground; this is also the case, anywhere outside the dog...
park. Hallways are always dirty and trashed. During the winter, the areas outside the building are always icy, all that management does is put a bucket right next to the entrance.

Management is horrible; the office manager is always busy. When you ask to have the manager call you back when they are available, don't expect to have your call or emails returned. Couple girls that work the desk are very polite and try to help out, as do the maintenance guys.

I cleaned and steamed the carpet regularly, yet when I moved out they charged me nearly $1000 to "replace" the carpet; I lost $300 deposit and had to pay over $600 in additional fees.
