High price

It's not a bad place but they are very pricey for a complex in the middle of nowhere Grand Island. Lived there 3 years. Expect the rent to go up every year. And kiss your deposit goodbye. No matter how clean you leave it. They will charge you for everything. Even for wiping the dust of a door. And they do it per room.

Love my new home

My son and I moved in to the new building September 1, 2020...We absolutely love being in here! We moved in from a house so we were worried about it feeling like home. Our worries are squashed!!! We are home! And the people that you deal with are so pleasant!!! Thank you for our new home..

Be aware if security deposit!

Newer apartment very over priced and be aware they charge you for everything when moving out. More than likely they will take your deposit and bill you for more!! I was there just over a year and in the winter time had a mold issue in the walk-in closet. Only positive they accept pets.
