Terrible experience


-cost goes up randomly
-no insulation so heating/ cooling is ineffective
-blinds broken so privacy was limited, and the landlord wouldn't fix them
-hear everything & everyone through the thin walls.
-Maintenance is poor: had to request for exterior light to be fixed because motorcycle stolen and license plate stolen
- just painted over shower ceiling rotting instead of actually fixing it
-Exterior maintenance to the building damaged tenant's cars
-Overall inconsiderate landlord.
