With this program, we are able to place you in an apartment with other people needing roommates! We have some of the largest floor plans for student housing in the area! At over 1100 Sq. Ft. our three bedrooms can comfortably accommodate roommates!
We have a whole new look at our community where we feature, a sparkling hot tub right beside our outdoor movie screen, modern fitness center, and a covered bar and grill area, with more cool amenities in the works! We take pride in the changes we are making and expertly maintain them with our on-site team.
Our buildings feature newly renovated apartments including a fully equipped upgraded kitchen with all new appliances, granite countertops, loft inspired finishes, and artisan stained concrete floors. Apartments are equipped with individual heat and air conditioning, balconies or patios and of course designer accents and colors!

My experience with my apartment community is great. I haven't had any negative experiences with the people who work here or any of my neighbors. I wish that the rent wasn't getting raised though even though the quality of the space we live in hasn't received upgrades.

Pretty cool spot. Not sure whats up with the constant door slamming though lol. Lots of angst in the air im gonna blame finals hahaha. Glad the folks who constantly leave their headlights on have moved onto a much more fulfilling hobby than chilling in a car and blinding folks.
Fairly nice neighborhood and neighbors fs.
