Stadium Walk is the premier student housing apartment community in Lincoln. Located just 4 blocks north of Memorial Stadium! There is no better place to live if you want to walk to campus or enjoy the convenience of downtown! We are a professional... and experienced student housing management company, that understands the attention to detail that our residents deserve!

We encourage you to bring your friends to live with you! However, if you are looking to lease just one bedroom, we are happy to offer our stress-free roommate matching program! With this program, we are able to place you in an apartment with other people needing roommates! We have some of the largest floor plans for student housing in the area! At over 1100 Sq. Ft. our three bedrooms can comfortably accommodate roommates!

We have a whole new look at our community where we feature, a sparkling hot tub right beside our outdoor movie screen, modern fitness center, and a covered bar and grill area, with more cool amenities in the works! We take pride in the changes we are making and expertly maintain them with our on-site team.

Our buildings feature newly renovated apartments including a fully equipped upgraded kitchen with all new appliances, granite countertops, loft inspired finishes, and artisan stained concrete floors. Apartments are equipped with individual heat and air conditioning, balconies or patios and of course designer accents and colors!

We are one of the only pet friendly student housing communities in the area! Stadium Walk accepts pets less than 40 lbs, maximum two per apartment for $30/month.

Stadium Walk apartments is a good place to live in the north bottoms part of Lincoln area. They have friendly staff and 24-hour maintenance. It's a good place to live if you're starting out. I'll give it four stars
