Stadium Walk Apartments

DO NOT LIVE HERE! If you want a safe and healthy place for your UNL student to live this is not the place! They DO NOT have your student’s back or best interest at heart. Since my daughter has moved in, it has been nothing like what they showed her and promised her it would be. There are mice living in the walls that get into her apartment! She lived there without a working toilet for over a month. She put in several maintenance requests about it leaking and continuously running. Their solution... was to put and leave a towel around the bottom of the toilet and to continuously close out the maintenance request stating it was fixed when it wasn’t. Oh, and they TOW their own resident’s cars charging them over $260 to get the car back when it was there less than 24 hours! They are rude and will not help your rent paying student work with and resolve wrongful towing issues with Capitol Towing that they contract with! How about a parking sticker and checking the registered license plate numbers provided to the leasing office instead of a flimsy parking pass that will not stay on the rear view mirror properly! How do you expect hardworking students to pay you rent on time when you have created a stressful and unhealthy living environment for them along with costing them an extra several hundred dollars for having their car towed from their own home?!? In the 4-bed room we lived in, we didn't pay the gas fee by ourselves at the beginning, and then deducted an additional fine of $50 per person every month (not including the gas fee paid for us). I paid a deposit for nearly 3 months when I checked in, and finally deducted a fine of 325 per person when I left, saying it was a cleaning fee. But in fact we cleaned all the places that should be cleaned, including the cooker hood and toilet!

This property is in the perfect location! So close to campus, but away from all the craziness. I'm going to love living here next year!

I love our apartment due to the fact that lincoln ne is not a per friendly place when it comes to renting.When you walk into the office and a cat greets you at the door you know you are at home..i am pleased to say if you are pet lovers come here..
