Don't do it
If you are thinking of moving into these apartments, do yourself a favor and don't. These apartments are not kept up at all. There is mold water leaks everywhere, finally when they decide to come out to fix it they just bandaid the problem. They don't ever even try to fix the mold problem. Not to mention the basement apartments flood when it storms including the laundry rooms. The walls seep from moisture from all the pipes that leak the list goes on and on. There is not secured secured entry... there was a homeless man sleeping in the laundry room. Cars are stolen and vandalized constantly and they won't fix the street lights in the parking lots. These apartments are a joke it is a terrible place to live.
