Garage Repair My garage door was going up at an angle about a foot, this was off and on for months. Now, it seems to be working properly with the last repair. Fingers crossed it does not break again!

Rent raise It is hard to meet every year’s rent raise since I am retired and on a fixed income. I had to get a room mate so I could stay here, as I am unable to work any more.

Unkempt The indoors and outdoors are not kept up with; paint scraping off, holes in walls, outdated, stains in counters..way overpriced for what you get.
The tour person was not able to answer questions and was on their phone.
