I absolutely love living at The Bank. There are so many amazing amenities; the gym, the cardio room, the community rooms, and the rooftop hangouts. The location is also amazing, so many fun restraunts and bars near by!

Look.... Its alright. Not worth the price... But in comparison to surrounding complexes it is average. The location is the only thing that keeps people here. Maintenance is extremely slow, and the elevator is still broken. Walls are paper thin.

Property Manager at The Bank responded to this review
We are so sorry to see a 1 star review. Our freight elevator was down for a period due to delay in parts. We understand your frustration, but we tried to get a rush on delivery to get it up and running. All of the floors are concrete with insulated... walls between each apartment. Please contact the office so we can check the caulking and sound issues in you apartment to get them fixed. Feell free to contact us at 402-345-8000 if you need anything else.

The walls in the unit are paper thin, and if you have a neighbor that has a loud voice, then might want to invest in some headphones, since you’re going to be hearing everything they say and do. It is close to downtown, the rooftops are cool, and the staff/maintenance is responsive. If you’re a student and are gone the whole time, it’s probably decent, and better than a dorm. If you’re not a student, or work downtown at the office five days a week, then you will probably end up annoyed after the... first few months.
