A Big No!
I had a break-in into my apartment by someone from the same community. The management was very complacent about the broken door frame. They lacked empathy about the whole situation. It took 7 days to get the lock replaced. What's annoying is how they sugar-coat, provide false assurances, and take so long things done.
Even a kitchen faucet replacement is a hassle here. After multiple service requests and a ton of follow-ups, they simply shift the blame to third-party vendors. They make you feel... like they are doing a favor by letting you stay here.
