Extremely helpful from someone looking for their first apartment!
During my time looking for my first apartment, it has been very difficult to find consistency and helpful information. When inquiring and communicating questions I had about renting I was met with kindness and a very receptive helping hand. Nicole in the leasing department was extremely informative throughout the whole process. While we went to tour the apartment there were a handful of opened units so we were given the option to tour multiple units which was great because it gave us the time to... learn more about living within this complex and feel comfortable in the decision making. Highly recommend reaching out and asking questions if you're curious about renting here!

Fantastic place to live in New Hampshire
Our time at Monument Garden has been fantastic. The location is great for access to downtown Dover, and Rt16 (the Spaulding Turnpike). The staff is caring and professional. They are constantly reinvesting into the property to enhance the quality of life here. In the last couple of years they rebuilt the parking lots for better drainage, and even added a Pickleball court! Location, staffing, and quality of life amenities make Monument Garden a great place to reside in Dover, New... Hampshire.

We are very happy with the whole experience!
Nicole, at the office, is very professional. We moved on November 1st and the process was smooth. Monument Garden is clean and well maintained, the neighbors are kind and nice.

Amazing Staff

Great place to live
I loved living here for two years. Maintenance is good, the grass is always cut, and the neighbors are quiet. Just make sure you move your car on plow days and you should be fine.
