Close to Everything

We have lived here for almost two years and have been very happy with the facility and its staff. Generous closet space; heated, covered parking - great when it rains, too; and walking distance to the Green and all Lebanon has to offer. New patio areas with gas grills and views of the river along with a first-rate staff including Lisa, Martin, and Charlie combine to make this a great choice.

Updated needed badly.

Although the apartment is moderately sized, the luxury aspect that is advertised applies to 1990s and early 2000 standards and is a misnomer. The entire kitchen needs to be redone with modern appliances added. The carpet needs to be removed and hardwood or laminate flooring installed. Otherwise, this apartment is very expensive for you get. For example in the seacoast region, for a very similar or not cheaper price you can live in a modern apartment with 2020 standards for luxury. You will not... find that here. Instead you will be pay for the luxury and not receive it.

Not true luxury apartments, many problems.

They call it "luxury apartments." In reality, there is very little that makes this place luxury. Maybe seniors that live there can accept it as luxury, but it is nowhere near 21st century luxury that you will see in big cities.
Carpets are dirty with pet stains from previous tenants(yes, they clean the carpets before they give you the apartment, but the stains just don't go away and you will not get a new carpet), old faucets and sinks, old appliances, fake imitation marble (actually just a...
layer of some sticker glued to the wood that looks like marble).
Roofing has a problem and generates a loud noise during rain.
Poor air circulation so you will never breathe fresh air.
Dumpsters constantly overfilled and not emptied often.
There are super loud false fire alarms from time to time in the middle of the night due to poorly maintained fire monitoring equipment.
Elevator permit expired and renewed late.
Garage is always dirty, door constantly breaks down, can't get in and out and some kind of maintenance equipment always in the way of getting in and out.
Gym is just a tiny room with a few remaining dumbbells that were not stolen.
Maintenance requests take at least a week to fix. Charlie and other guys are overwhelmed with work and there are not enough people to fix things.
One of my requests took nearly a month to fix!
Excuses after excuses.
They have a nice showroom, but what you will get will likely be outdated.
Yes, Lisa does a great job of showing around when you first get there.
But it is all very superficial and fake.
You won't know what you will get because she can't show you because there are people living there.
You will just sign up for an apartment and hope it will turn out alright.
If you have an issue, she becomes very defensive and does not take constructive feedback well.
Having previously lived there, I am glad I moved out, because there are much better places, true luxury places.
Not recommended. If you live there, adjust your expectations to something else.

It is all about location, location location

John and I have been here for almost a year and we delighted with our apartment and
the garage in the basement. We sold our home last year and were ready to downsize.
We wanted to stay in the area to be near our family and friends. We were wondering where
to go and our real estate agent said what about Emerson Place. Over the years we had
noticed it from the interstate as we drove by but never actually visited it. I called right
away and spoke to Lisa Green who invited us to come and see...
the apartments. She was
very warm and easy to talk with and showed us the different layouts of the apartments.
I felt right away that this is where we should be as there were families with children
as well as retired folks. John is a retired teacher and he enjoys visiting with the children.
We can see the Mascoma River from our windows and the wildlife that goes with it.
Lisa and Martin are wonderful in the office and always take the time to visit with us.
Dana and Charlie are the maintenance crew and always ready to help or replace any
item that is not working. Henry cleans the foyers and elevators which is never ending.
This team makes Emerson Place a clean and happy place.

Over priced

It's developers like who built these and priced them way out of reach that made this once decent place to live very unaffordable. Maybe about % of twin state residents can afford them. They are poorly made and very small for the money.
It's rents like these that made the average minimum household incom $50,000. In the upper valley That is just to get buy.
Shame on these pigs
