We do credit checks (675 Credit Score) and criminal background checks on... all applicants. We do not charge to fill out an application and we do not accept any money to hold an Unit. Office hours are from 9-3. We look forward to seeing you and providing beautiful, safe and affordable housing unit for you. Note to owner

Great place to live with few exceptions
Manager treats residents like they are grammar school kids cost to use washer dryers VERY EXPENSIVE ,we are told to clean door handles in apartment but hallways are never cleaned
