Good Place to Live in Seabrook

We have now lived here for almost a year and when you weigh the pros and cons of the complex you need to conclude that is a great place to live for many reasons>

1. Staff is phenomenal helpful friendly Sonia is wonderful.
2. Maintenance is always prompt and really tries to help you fix your issues. I know the buildings are old and not in perfect shape but they try to keep them updated.
3. The pool is great in the summer.
4. Great dog parks.
5. Close to shopping basically all you need...
except a mall within a mile and of course close to Hampton & Seabrook beaches.

Of course have few issues. Heat bills are insane no floor vents downstairs and gets really hot upstairs in the summer.

But if you have a chance to live in Seabrook go over and see Sonia and make Parke Place your home.

Parking

Parking is a problem. Lease allows for 2 vehicles, yet several have 3 to 4 vehicles causing most to search for available visitor spots. Lease states a designated visitor lot for extra vehicles (over two) and visitors, but indifferent and lazy resident folks occupy up to 4 visitor spots in front of their apartment and will even not use their assigned spot. No resolution to the problem, no rules enforcement, and management ignores the issue.
Great place for having pets, but be prepared if you...
have more than one vehicle, or care for your vehicle, to park a few blocks away from your door.

Very Disappointing!

Very glad we took a ride to check it out before we moved forward. The pictures DO NOT match the actual property. It is in sad need of a facelift. Did see a roof being shingled. Sadly, everything just looks worn. Landscaping is nothing like the pictures. Parking is tight and I thought to myself "Where do they put the snow?" We don't have a dog so no need for dog park, but it looked spacious. Again, this was just very disappointing! Take a ride by before you inquire, I am sure you will... agree. All the best to you!

Property Manager at Parke Place Village responded to this review

Please do ride by. We are happy to give a tour. The photos in our ad are actual photos so we are confused as to why they would not match. The photos were taken in recent years so the appearance of the property can vary a bit depending on the time of... year when you visit.

We encourage you to visit and draw your own conclusions as we pride ourselves on the maintenance and the beautiful landscaping of our property. We are the only property in the areas that offers townhomes with washers and dryers in each townhome, private fenced in backyard patio areas and so much open space. Thank you for your interest in Parke Place and we hope we can meet your housing needs
