This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in this 1,000 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. Great amenities include direct beachfront and boardwalk access, bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk, washer and dryer on each floor with payment by app at $2 per load, a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of beds, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, fitness center access, and one complimentary parking per reservation. The condo is wheelchair accessible.
Guests have access to the entire apartment and all of the building amenities. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Max two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs are allowed, dogs only, with no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on stay length and collected separately. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk.
The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk and beach are literally downstairs. The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too, offering great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Other attractions that are walkable or nearby include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours.
All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests staying 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violating this rule.
