This hotel unit is suitable for four, perfect for both leisure or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay alongside direct beach and Boardwalk access. There is nothing like it in all of Atlantic City! Great amenities are direct beachfront and boardwalk access, bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk, washer dryer on each floor, smart-TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, fitness center access and 1 complimentary parking per reservation.
Washer dryer on each floor is available at $2 per load. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed with additional pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center.
All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests without permission. One towel per guest per stay. Valid photo ID required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
