All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests without permission and one towel per guest per stay. Valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
