Stay Away!
Service Elevator which handles over 300 people has been out of service for 3 Months!
Maintenance is woefully inadequate. Building is completely run down..Garage door left wide open for anyone to wander into and a garage you pay an additional $100.00 per month for...Loud bangs in hallways by Maintenance staff using shopping carts . All hours 7 days per week.

Regarding the service elevator, I understand how crucial it is for it to be operational, and I apologize for the inconvenience caused by its prolonged outage. Our elevator contractor is actively working on resolving this issue as quickly as possible to minimize further disruption.
I also appreciate your feedback about the garage and the noise from maintenance activities.
