Seemingly Good
Overall, the apartments look very nice. That is true.
First day of moving in, the towel rack fell when a towel was placed on it.
As far as maintenance, I’ve submitted about 5 maintenance tickets total and the average to get them resolved is about a month. Including the shower rack. If it’s resolved properly the first time. The maintenance crew is very nice however.
Communication between leasing and the contractors that do the work can be fleeting. A lot of popping up and knocking. Which can... be rough if you work from home. Especially if you don’t. The leasing agent is great with showing up on time.
Upon move out, leasing was asked for paint to do touchups a month ahead of the end of the lease. It was received 2 days before the lease ended.
Don’t expect to get your full deposit if you have your apartment detailed before the end of the lease.
They will charge you for the installation of a new carpet, which is required by the state of New Jersey to be swapped between every tenant.
Leasing has gotten better with the addition of a new leasing agent, she’s much more responsive.
Rent is rent. The price is up 300 in 2 years, but that’s expected wherever you go.
