Worse experience I’ve ever had

By far the worse experience I’ve had when it comes to trying to obtain an apartment let alone an application. If I could give zero stars that’s exactly what they deserve.

A nice community

I love this place! Good, caring people, great location, spacious apartments. I have been here for three years, and I plan to stay. People look out for each other; I always feel safe. Maintenance issues have been handled quickly. Off-street parking, a quick walk to the train or bus, but no need to leave town when you are within steps of great restaurants. Walk to concerts at two intimate locations. Two well- known festivals outside your door.
I highly recommend Bonaparte Apartments. It's not... just an apartment building; it's a community.

Great Place To Live

Perfect location. Very spacious and super nice apartments. I'm a tenant of 3 years and love it. Have yet to have any issues here. Compared to other places I've lived, this is seemingly as good as it gets.

AS a Former Tennant & now again Tennant

As a Tennant i would like to say i lived here from April off 1980 till April off 1990. Never had any Problems . got married moved to PA , came back in August off 2007 & plan on staying as i have never had any Problems with Managment . they are always very Courtius & helpfull
