Lovely place to live

We’ve been living at Princeton Orchards for seven years, and it’s been a really comfortable and practical place for us. The open spaces and green areas make it feel peaceful and not crowded like some other complexes. They recently added plenty of EV chargers, which is great since I’m planning to get an electric car soon. I work from home a few days a week, and the clubhouse with its Wi-Fi and workstations has been a nice change of place. The rent-controlled apartments are another reason we’ve... stayed so long—the renewal increases are small, which is rare these days. My son has made great friends here and doesn’t want to move, so we’re planning to stay and not buy a house until he finishes middle school. The location is super convenient too, with Costco, restaurants, grocery stores, and Princeton Downtown all close by. The only complaint I have is that they’ve reduced the number of community events. They used to host something almost every other month, which was a great way to meet neighbors and socialize. This year, we only had three parties, which feels like a big drop. It’s nothing overly fancy, but it’s a great place to call home.

We love living at Princeton Orchards!

I am a current resident of princeton orchards apartments since 2018. The manager was awesome during the entire process!!!she helped us sign our first lease and got us to moved in very quickly. She was our first impression of the community and after that none of the staff has disappointed us. Its our first time living in an apartment and we are enjoying our time here. We take our dog for walks with other neighbors in the trails its very relaxing. Price is great for the area, we both work in New... York and commute is not bad. We highly recommend this place!

Management needs to review the rule of keeping tennis court under lock and key

I do not understand how the tennis court is being kept under lock and key. People need to collect the key from office EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! Sounding ridiculous? It is indeed. No good reason, "kids keep playing inside" can not be a good reason to keep a tennis court locked. And well, if you really want it to be supervised one, handover one key to each family member to keep with them (or put some combination lock or put some electronic lock with pass code shared). There is not sufficient number of... keys as well. Remember, this is included in rent amenities, you can not just do it for the sake of doing it.

P. S. - this is my second review comment (and not so good) in one year. Probably management does not care to address these challenges. I have some obligations for staying another year till my son completes his 5th grade, and he got some good friends and we got some good neighbors. But, this will lead to force me seeing apartment outside after my son complete his 5th grade.
