Lovely place to live
We’ve been living at Princeton Orchards for seven years, and it’s been a really comfortable and practical place for us. The open spaces and green areas make it feel peaceful and not crowded like some other complexes. They recently added plenty of EV chargers, which is great since I’m planning to get an electric car soon. I work from home a few days a week, and the clubhouse with its Wi-Fi and workstations has been a nice change of place. The rent-controlled apartments are another reason we’ve... stayed so long—the renewal increases are small, which is rare these days. My son has made great friends here and doesn’t want to move, so we’re planning to stay and not buy a house until he finishes middle school. The location is super convenient too, with Costco, restaurants, grocery stores, and Princeton Downtown all close by. The only complaint I have is that they’ve reduced the number of community events. They used to host something almost every other month, which was a great way to meet neighbors and socialize. This year, we only had three parties, which feels like a big drop. It’s nothing overly fancy, but it’s a great place to call home.
