Good location

The Kensington Place is situated in a good location with department stores supermarkets and many more stores. I lived there for almost 2 years. Concierge Normeen and Tara are excellent employees for the residential property

Amazing Staff

The care and efficiency of a staff who work as a team is what makes the difference here at the Kensington. Always inviting, pleasant and willing to help. The role up their sleeves and make things happen for the residents here. The maintenance team is also thorough and professional. They will wear masks on entering and assist in any way possible.

The team here is truly great!

Concierge here is the best!

I’ve been here 4 years and the staffing has improved tremendously. The concierge professionals, Nermeen, Anthony, and stars are wonderful. Welcoming, always greets, and is understanding. Maintenance is wonderful as well- Ayman and Joe are the best.
