Save yourself the stress and money, AVOID

Carolin is not fit for this property manager role. She only takes care of herself and the family members she hired to work here. They live in modern upgraded apartments meanwhile the rest of us cannot get simple repairs done. No one answers the phone, calls back or replies to emails. Read previous reviews and look elsewhere.

NEVER MAKE THE MISTAKE

I live here for some years and im stuck because my kids go to school. these are old trashy apartments there are ROACHES ! BUGS ! RATS! Bad maintenance! They keep increasing rent and dont updrage anything! I have allergies because of living here the city should shut them down!

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE!!!!!

A 1 star is generous if I could give a one star I would!!!! This may seem like a great place to live at when driving through the scenic entry but little do you know. Management is HORRIBLE! They will show you a beautiful apartment and move you into a old, dirty, cockroach filled apartment. All they want is that $$$$$$$. Maintenance manager Luis will never get back to you and is “never” in the office. He does not take responsibility for anything! Overall this place is not worth moving into. STAY… AWAY!!! You can find much better elsewhere.

Poor management

The management does not action noise complaints. Some Residents do not follow renters policy and party with loud music day and till late night. Management does not violate policy breakers and tenants who follow policy gets to deal with the nuisance which is not fair.

Thano you for refunding whole deposit!

Traffic convenience, free utilities, parking lots, near park location.....
I lived there over 6years.
And I recieve the whole deposit money today,as 15 days after moving out!
