The management of this place will not address any problems with noisy neighbors . The apartments are very outdated and feel like early 90s. Be aware they will never give you back your security deposits and will charge you for normal wear and tear. Avoid this place many other nicer apartments cheaper in the area

Excellent staff from office to maintenance. They take care of everything right away. The apartments are big, the neighbors are quiet for the most part. They have started to do some upgrades which are really nice and to date. We moved to this area and rented here before deciding to buy a home but it's so great we may just stay. Utilities are cheap. There is a garage for each apt. The cable is part of the rent and local phone. Great pool and also parties for residents through the year. Dry... cleaning is offered for a great price and convenient pick up at office.

I've been living here for 3 years and it is a great place to stay in terms of apartment living. The staff is always friendly and helpful, be it helping with lease or neighbor issues, and the maintenance guys are always willing to help out. The floor plans definitely are spacious (in some odd ways, I can play puttputt in the bathroom, or lie down in the closets)and never once did I feel cooped up like my old studio. Being on the 1st floor next to the street it can be noisy at times, but otherwise... it is a relatively quiet place. It's nice to sit on the porch and listen to the birds! Utilities don't get out of hand, gas and electric are relatively cheap as the 1st floor apartments are pretty well insulated/closed off. It's also great to have a garage so me and my car stay out of the weather. The appliances are starting to show their age, but when my microwave died they were quick to replace it with a fancy new one, no questions asked. The windows and doors tend to be drafty in the winter, and some cracks are forming in the walls from the building settling. No real deal breakers here, it isnt luxurious, but its not a hole either, the pool alone is better than most big name hotels! All in all I enjoyed my stay here, just don't be afraid to interact with your neighbors if things get to loud! This is a community after all, and everyone is relatively nice.

I've lived in several rental properties in the South Jersey area, and this is by far the gem of them all. This property is located only 6 miles from Atlantic City International airport, next to a golf course, and a few minutes from Hamilton Mall, grocery stores, Target, Walmart, and many restaurants (chain and local). The apartments are spacious and up-to-date. Maintenance is super efficient if there's an issue they need to address. Each unit has either a patio or a balcony, and every unit... has a garage! This is a very nice feature during cold winter nights. I lived in a one-bedroom unit at this property for a couple years and now live in a two-bedroom unit with a loft. My friends are always commenting on how beautiful the community looks.
