Tilton Gardens Apartments

Called to inquire about an apartment and the guy that answered was extremely rude. Can't imagine what it would be like if you were a tenant.

When we decided to rent apartments here we were looking all over for reviews and recommendations, there weren’t any at all. Therefore I will be posting one myself to help the next person in need. You might get attracted to the low rent of these apartments but you’re better off paying a little more somewhere else.

Unless you’re okay with pests in your home. (LOTS of ants, spiders, millipedes in your living room and bedroom & bathroom) They have a poor electric power system, extremely poor... sewerage system. They will call the exterminator for you but when the exterminator comes by he literally sprays for 2 seconds at the areas HE thinks he should spray, not where YOU saw insects coming inside your house and then leaves.

They advertise 24 hour maintnance but the maintnance guy is EXTREMELY rude and lazy. Any maintenance issues takes anywhere from 4-14 days to be resolved. Even longer at times! Property manager will NOT help you with any home related issues. And the main office where you sign your lease, sometimes you would think you’re living here for free.

Complaining about all apartment related issues and maintenance never changed anything.

Not a bad place to live, it is very quiet but close to many attractions.

Nice area. Quiet Neighborhood. Private Parking and laundry mat. Corner store within walking distance. Minutes away from shopping malls and grocery stores. Apartments 2 bedrooms on bath w/living room and kitchen. Private deck.
