Stay Away - Far Away
Two words: Bad Management.
Want to get into your apartment? Too bad, the key fobs don't work. You can't use the amenities either.
Want to charge your car? Too bad, half the chargers don't work in an apartment where there are 10+ electric cars.
Want to park your car inside? Too bad, sometimes the gates don't work and when you're gone long enough, someone else parked in YOUR paid parking spot.
Want to call someone from management? Too bad, they don't pick up but will if you need help to pay... your rent.
Want to use the elevator? Power issues happened TWICE in which someone got stuck in there and we had to call the fire department. This is a NEW apartment building, how are we having power issues???
Your "luxury" apartment has wood peeling off from the floor and you complained more than a month ago to get it replaced only to get a "we'll call you back" with no follow up. The interest of getting things fixed for tenants is completely false.
Want peace and quiet? Nah your neighbor above or below you will blast their music and smoke up the place only for management to not do anything.
Want something fixed immediately because it's causing a chain reaction that involves the above? Too bad, "maybe" we'll fix it in a few days. - Straight from the new live in super.
You're better off renting from a management company ran by literally anyone else.
Do yourself a favor, read all the other review and stay as far as you can from renting at any property ran by JP Management. They just want your money and don't care about anything else like your quality of life.
The installation of the gate, live in super, and concierge was supposed to be a fresh start, and they fumbled it so bad.
Absolutely regret living here, they have lost my business and I'll take the rest of my lease to keep others from making the same mistake.
