Not really family friendly...

Beautiful apartments but not suitable if you have children and/or animals…I’m constantly anxious about making too much noise and having a neighbor complain, given the emails residents have already gotten…I specifically chose a unit above the gym so that there is no one below us, but a month in, I just received my first warning of ‘excessive noise’ and even a reference to a well check while I was out for 2 hours in the middle of the day and a babysitter (I forgot to tell them not to make any… noise - which was my mistake) was playing zombie with my children and got the dog barking too. The issue could have been easily solved if one of my neighbors had just knocked on the door and asked for less noise instead of contacting the management company...not exactly a family friendly or even friendly environment.
