The Village at Hi-Nella Apartments

I lived here for 7 years. The school district is horrible. So if you have children, definitely reconsider. I've seen many people come and go. Do to the continue increase in rent with no upgrades. This place is deceitful, unclear about the costs, and unclean. The washer and dryer areas are especially bad. But the basic issue is a general misrepresentation about the costs. They control your heat. Beware of that as winter comes. There is mold that is simply painted over and that is a health concern. Just a very disappointing place to be.

I have live here almost 2 years, I love the quiet area and the new management company has been doing so many improvements to the apartments and the property. Based on quality and price these apartments were the best deal I have found in the area. The staff here is great and always willing to help! They have had community events, such as 'toys for tots', food drive for the hungry, holiday parties, yard sales and I can't wait for Chili day!
