Overpriced and Can’t drink the water
It’s clear the other reviews on here were written by management, so I hope this review helps people to not be tricked. After the first year they will raise your rent at least 4%. If there is an issue with the apartment you will have to go back and forth forever to prove your case to get it fixed. One elevator (out of the two) is down on a weekly basis. You can’t (or at least I and multiple others) drink the water as it makes us sick (not sure if this is because of the plumbing system or more to... do with the source). Management will do awfully cheap renovations right before it’s time to renew the lease and pass the cost on to the tenants. Apartments are outdated and there are better options in the area for the price. This building as become so overpriced that you’d be much better finding something in the city.
