No worth the price, if it ever was.

I've lived here since the Fall of 2013. My boyfriend and I just graduated and got jobs in Jersey, so we had to leave the city and waited last minute and just picked 76 Saint Pauls. It looked fine and the price was in our budget. But since our rent has almost gone up $300 but we've seen no improvement in services. Aside from the package locker (after we had Christmas gifts stolen), nothing has been helpful. They don't respond to the tickets on the resident portal. Nor do they adhere to your... request to schedule times for maintenance, they just give you a 4 week time-frame and show up whenever without knocking. I asked over a month ago to have my front door lock fixed, that they replaced for some random reason. I needed it fixed because it no longer locks from the inside and now my goddaughter keeps opening the door, which isn't safe at all. I literally have to put a gate in front of the door when I'm baby sitting because they decided they wanted to buy cheap locks. Regardless of the day and/or time, there's always people trespassing at the school across the street playing basketball at and there's a busy road the next street over so there's always background noise. I will be leaving as soon as my lease is up because this building, it's service and quality is a joke.

Bad deal

Hopelessly overpriced, useless aesthetic changes causing inconvenience to residents, basic amenities only advertised not functional, arrogant staff and super, service is definitely not their intention, numerous inspections(invasion of your privacy),numerous procedures residents have to follow, zero zero service. You are super lucky if you are able to claim the security deposit intact.

Do not rent here!

Renters beware! New management company (Heartstone) is unresponsive to residents' complaints. Increased rent for cosmetic changes in hallways, elevator, and lobbies, but no improvements in the apartments itself. Security alarmed always going off in garage, but is never addressed. Noisy neighbors and thin walls do not make for a good living experience. If you don't pay for a spot in the garage, hard to find parking around the neighborhood at times.

Won't recommend to anyone

Had a very bad experience, please don’t shift here, mentioning below the pros and cons:
Pros
1. Onsite parking, its paid parking but having onsite parking in this locality is a big positive part
2. Distance to public commute is good, Path station is about 15 mins walk
3. Individual heating/cooling units in each room

Cons:
1. Management it too unresponsive, keep on following up for small things and nothing is going to happen
2. The biggest problem here is noise from neighbors, people below you...
will keep complaining about you, and you will keep on suffering from stomping noise from people upstairs, I believe no once is guilty but floor
3. Surroundings are not friendly at all, not safe in odd hours
