Negative Experience
Oh boy, where to even start...
Our apartment was filled with resurfacing fumes when the next door apartment was refinished. We were forced to leave our apartment for multiple days and the management refused to reimburse us for inhabitable conditions at our home, and then threatened late fees if we were to withhold a few days rent. We weren't even notified prior to the work, and the incident occurred on a Sunday!
Roofing contractors have been replacing roofs recently outside of the hours which... we were notified to anticipate, they were working as late as 8 pm on weekdays making louds noises.
We've had issues with bugs, the management is completely unhelpful, and they do not enforce any parking requirements (sometimes it difficult to find parking as non-residents constantly park outside our building).
If you are going to spend money on a "luxury apartment" you are better off elsewhere. Would have given a less than 1 star rating if possible.
