Whitehall Apartments

This place is not what it seems. First of all there’s mice all over the apartments and secondly mold specially in the bathroom. When you call them about it instead of doing something about it no they just put paper tissue then the white tape like that supposed to do something. As far as the mice they had exterminator come in but nothing happened. The front main door knob was messed up I called them several times to replace it instead they just put it back it took them one year and half to... finally replace it put a new one main reason they did it’s because one day I worked overnight did a 16hrs shift I went off on them then they hurry up and fix it. Probably one of the worst places I’ve live .. the place is infested with mice .. they go away and come back … The police are there every day for some kind of disturbance .. Frequent leaks and problems in the units..

This was my first time moving out on my own so I was apprehensive about selecting the right first apartment. This was a great and smooth transition for me. Asia (leasing manager) at the office ensured that I was well assisted and helped me with all questions that I had. Even when my anxiety was acting up, I was reassured that things would work out and they did. I have officially moved in and impressed with how quiet it is. The service is very good and all the only thing that 2 years I lived there would never have the pool

My home is wonderful I expecially like the fact that Harry the manager is always on the job and he makes sure staff is in full force they all make my living experience a pleasure I would recommend this complex to anyone
