I,m here since1999 I love this complex it.s like my own home and new Super Dion is the best he can do anything he fixes Electical.and Plumbing and what ever goes wrong . God Bless Him.

Picturesque

I have lived at Madison Mall for 5 years and and I have loved every minute of it. Dion is the absolute best Super out of anywhere that I have ever lived. It is a great location and a very tight-knit friendly community. I would highly recommend for a picturesque property in a great location with a friendly super.

Beautiful, Safe and Convenient Place to Live.

I have lived at the Madison Mall Apartments for the past 2 years, and I can not say how much I love living here. I feel so safe and they do a great job keeping the apartments and grounds immaculate. Everything from the leasing agent, to the landlord have been extremely kind and helpful. I truly feel at home here. The location is amazing. Everything you need is within walking distance including excellent schools, dining and entertainment options as well as grocery stores and cool shops for your... pets. Even being on busy Main Street in Madison you feel like you are in a secluded, secret garden where kids can play, and pets can have beautiful grounds to walk. Parking is easy and they even offer garages! I would totally recommend choosing Madison Mall Apartments as your next place to live, you will love it there as much as I do!
