Heritage at Whiting applicants must meet NJHMFA age and income guidelines. In the first 90-days, priority will be given to qualified applicants who were impacted by Superstorm Sandy. The private one- and two-bedroom apartments of Heritage at Whiting were carefully designed to offer both comfort and safety. Each apartment is protected with 24-hour monitoring for fire and medical emergencies.
