Decent Place to Live
Lived here for two years on the fifth floor and I had no major issues living there.
The Good:
-The fifth floor was quiet, neighbours were friendly, and the dogs are adorable.
-Apartments were spacious and modern.
-Most people are respectful of the common spaces and the rooftop, gym, theatre and common areas were well kept.
-There is a supermarket nearby, which is really convenient and a good pizza shop across the street.
-Maintenance requests were responded to quickly.
The... Not-So-Good:
-Guest parking is VERY limited. For the number of apartments, they did not budget for many renters to have visitors (or seemed to care that they would).
-Signage for the building needs to be improved in order for delivery and rideshare drivers to better understand where to meet clients or drop off items.
-The fees to reserve the theatre, rooftop areas, and private room space is non-refundable (it was previously refundable) and expensive.
-Communication from property management can be without tact and be hot or cold depending on the topic.
