My room mate and I have been threatened and intimidated over parking spots by other tenants for over 5 months now. There is an armada of cars belonging to guests that take up resident parking spots, and when you bring violations to the management office, they make you feel wrong for filing complaints and do absolutely nothing to resolve situations or protect the tenants. In fact, they strive much harder to protect the people who violate the lease than the people that obey it. Spare yourself the... same fate as I and find housing somewhere else that will do its diligence to make sure you are safe where you live.

We appreciate all reviews, and we truly appreciate the opportunity you have given us to make an improvement to our community by providing your feedback. The management team has contacted Atlantic City Electric to come back to the property to assess... and trim the trees that are near the wires on S. Ladow Ave. Unfortunately, we do not have control on how much is trimmed or where they trim, as the power company determines that upon their inspection. We are excited to see the addition of all new trees being planted around the entire community! We can't wait to see them all thriving and blooming!! Please call us at (856) 825-4050 if you need anything. Thank you and have a great day. Thank you, Cumberland Green Apartments

Love it here
I love my apartment. Some may say it's pricy but, in reality it is drama free with great neighbor's. Quiet and peaceful. Ammenities are great as well!

Shady, and not in the sitting under a tree way
They have shady/tricky policies on moving out. They will try to get as much money as possible out of you once they know you don't want to renew your lease. Plus, the price is way too high for the quality.
Features: - Extremely cracked tennis court with mold. - Old, small, and not particularly clean pool. - Extremely limited gym which is not kept up and frequently locked before the end of gym hours.

Gentrified, Trifling, Gilded Apartments
I would not recommend CGA to anybody I love. Upon first moving in, the staff members act super friendly, but once you start having problems, they begin to ignore you (and their excuse for this is that they forgot to get back with you because they were busy with someone or something else). These apartments are not worth upwards of $1,000, and let me tell you why. Perhaps South Jersey has a basal standard of "luxury" living as this apartment is pretty basic. The only thing that seems renovated are... the counter-tops and cabinets. We have had to replace our fridge, stove, and washer within the FIRST MONTH of living there. HVAC is old, loud, and inefficient. We have only lived there for one year and we have had to request 15 work orders. This goes to say that these people definitely do sloppy work and cut corners. For example, there is paint all over the bathroom floors, dirty brown caulk lining the tub, and paint on the floor by the front door. Speaking of the front door, during the winter months, the front door becomes impossible to open since the painters decided to layer too much paint along the edges of the door, which did not dry well. You literally have to Superman-kick the door open to get in, and if you can't twist and tug the door open with great might, you ain't getting out. With that being said, let's talk BUGS. On Google, you will see reviews about this complex being ghetto, and those reviews couldn't be more accurate. You would think that you were living in the projects because of all the different bees, spiders, stink bugs, centipedes, and crickets that will make a home inside of your (upstairs!) apartment. Furthermore, you need to be able to see past the botanical beauty of the office and the first few buildings you see. Swing around to the back of one of those buildings and you'll see the grass ain't so full and green. And that's if you can even get through to the back because parking seems to have been an afterthought while constructing this complex. Parking is very limited, and you'll notice that only one car can drive through here at a time since both sides of the road are crowded with parked cars. What you're really paying all this money for is to keep the gun-toting thugs from dwelling here but it's not worth it because it's right down the street from the hood. Crime does not have an address! For this amount of money you should really buy/rent a house, or move south for cheaper yet better quality living.
