Positives: Floor plan, upscale bathroom, location.
Negatives: The kitchen countertop was not sealed. So, it stains often & easily and is difficult to remove.
The sauna broke two times, for 3 weeks each. The steam room broke once. The elevator broke two times, for 3 days each. The 2nd elevator broke on a separate occasion. The outdoor fire pit in both buildings regularly doesn’t work because there is a red button next to the timer & which is the emergency button. There is no information about... how to turn on the pit. The timer, when working, takes a couple minutes to turn on the fire. So everyone hits the emergency button to try to make it work since no one got instructions on its use, then the fire pit will not work until you call maintenance and ask them to come down with the key & fix it.
The smoke detectors went off in the entire complex of 1st building twice. EVERYWHERE. Every apartment, the hallways (with fire doors shutting), outdoor courtyard, lobby, mailroom. Everyone evacuated while the fire department & police came. After being let back in, we received no communication about what happened either time.
The gym is nice, but the spa & gym are in 2 different buildings. Since the spa isn’t next to the gym, no one really goes to the spa, which is not the case for the pool, which was fully packed over the summer, before the 2nd building even opened. So expect no availability at the pool in the summer as they didn’t account for 2 buildings using 1 pool.
There is a nice co-working space in the 2nd building, but they forgot to put a public bathroom in that building, except for the spa on a separate floor, so you really can’t stay there all day and work.
The walls and ceilings/floors are thin. You can hear your neighbors above you (washing machine, walking, smoke alarm, music) and walking by in the hallway.
Management does not communicate, really ever, on anything that’s happened or broke at the complex so you never know what is working or not.
