Elevator is out of order often, the call box doesn’t work half the time, people are always smoking right outside the doors, and the package room is a full of boxes that residents leave for months at a time

Anonymous, We want to assure you that the intercom system is functioning properly, but if you are experiencing any issues, please let us know, and we’d be happy to assist. Additionally, our elevators have been operating reliably for some time now,... but if you encounter any problems, please report them immediately so we can address them promptly. Regarding smoking near the entrances, this isn't something we've noticed, but will monitor it closely to ensure compliance with the community guidelines.

We also appreciate your feedback about the package room and I'm so happy to let you know that this Spring we are creating a dedicated package room that we feel will help with the issues residents are experiencing with the package area.

Very happy so far after moving in last month. Dishwasher has been replaced, brand new blinds installed and received everything I was promised after signing lease.

The apartments have so many problems and the solutions are not satisfactory. I’ve had more problems living here in 3 years than I’ve had in owning 2 homes.

Quick application to move in process. Like the apartment layout (2 bedroom) and have used the gym several times already so thankfully there is a gym. I do find that in the hallway you can hear neighbors clear conversations from inside their apartment which I find odd but once I’m in my apartment the sounds proof is better.

Good experience so far. Great for dogs. Everyone is friendly. But need to do something about washing machine noise. Sometimes the hot water is not hot. Should consider changing the fob thing for door entry. Need to have buzz in ability for guests
