The Quincy has been a great place for us to live over the past several years! My husband works in the city so it’s convenient that we live within walking distance of the train station as well as all the restaurants and things to do in the area. It’s also near major highways so it’s easy access to lots around! I work at the two hospitals nearby so that’s also very convenient! The staff here are always kind, welcoming and very helpful. They host events for residents and are always trying to keep... things fun and engaging. Also the maintenance team is excellent, very on top of things! The staff are constantly keeping the building well maintained and up-to-date, including the landscaping which is beautiful every season! Thank you so much! We love our experience here!

It’s too expensive for what you receive. New building, low quality parts. High cost. Not worth it, plus it smells like weed.
