STAY AWAY FROM HERE

A first rockslide happened in summer 2023, second rockslide in fall 2023. It is now April 2025 and it still is not fixed. The worst management you will ever come across. USELESS IF YOU ASK ME. Since I have lived in the building, which is about two years, there have been multiple general managers but still the same useless assistant manager who knows absolutely nothing and just feeds you lies on lies on lies. They also only care about profit but the amount of empty units in the building speaks... for itself. Terrible place. save your money and go elsewhere. There are enough luxury buildings on river road with better amenities and views. AND now the third floor (where all the amenities are) is flooded til further notice. A disaster and a headache to live here.

Horrible Management

Save yourself some time and stay away from this building. Two rockslide and the management’s only concern is their own profit and not the residents safety.

STAY AWAY! Poorly managed building. Unsafe due to rockslides

STAY AWAY! Poorly managed building. Unsafe due to rockslides from cliffs. Self parking was unilaterally suspended and an incompetent valet parking service was instituted trying to jam over 250 cars in a parking garage designed for 135 spots. The new property manager is a nice guy but can’t manage himself out of a wet paper bag.

Absolutely terrible

I witnessed 2 rockslides that almost took down the building. The first one was bad but the second one destroyed my car ! Absolutely totaled. The management basically lied to my face for a week saying that they will let me out of my lease. They didn’t. I have been robbed here as well and they said there were no active cameras. Stay away!
