Wayside Point Apartments

Hi. I’ve been living in this apartment complex for a while, and while the overall experience has been okay, I feel like it’s a bit overpriced for what it offers. The location is convenient, and the apartments themselves are well-designed with decent space, but for the rent being charged, the amenities are lacking.

There’s no gym, no pool, and not many extras that justify the price. Maintenance is generally reliable, though response times can vary. Parking is available but can be tricky during... busy hours. Noise levels depend on the neighbors, but for the most part, it’s manageable.

Management is professional and handles most issues, but communication could be better. The complex is safe and fairly well-maintained, but given the cost, I expected more in terms of amenities. Read More

So happy with all the new updates this past year-painting halls and doors, removing dead shrubbery, shampooing halls, holiday decor! Thanks for keeping the complex “fresh”!

Everything is going well for me. I love the place where I live. Because the people and the staff are wonderful. I have no problems with anyone.

Cathy made moving in very easy. The apartment was clean and a small repair that needed to be done before move in was completed and not even noticeable.
I am so happy to call this home :)
