Netherwood flats is an amazing complex! It is run so nicely with the help of Chris who is always there to help with any questions. The gym is a beautiful touch and the parking lot is so convenient since it is connected to the building and have easy and secure access. Also the apartments are so clean and well maintained.

Amazing Apartments
Paramount Assets have been wonderful throughout the entire process. Delia and the staff have been amazing throughout the leasing process. The building is well maintained and the building does feel very modern and nice. I recommend to anyone looking for a nicer building/apartment.

Just a heads up
The move in process with Delia was great and even the building superintendent is great. The issue is all the noise. Noise….?? Noise from loud parties, noise from conversations yelled back and forth in the hallway to each other instead of having them inside their personal residence, noise from adults walking in hallways and talking very loudly on phone (lots of profanity), or talking to someone else they are walking with in hallway, kids playing in hallway and parents allowing their kids to make... noise as they walk to place of residence or elevator, from slamming house doors or balcony doors. The house parties, which it sounds like there is 15 or more guest and that they go until 2-4am. The noise can be heard from inside the residence as if it’s inside your home. AND this echos and reverberates inside the hallways. People smoking inside their homes (which is allowed) seeps into your home from underneath the door into your home. (I truly hope I am wrong!) but I believe I saw a tiny baby roach crawling by the elevator. Though the design and layout etc of the building is nice that is not all a luxury residence is. The classification of an Luxury apt is also highly predicated on building upkeep, implementation of the lease agreed rules/regulations and the simple consideration of common shared areas by residents in i.e. walls, hallways, commons areas in regards to noise, smoke (smells), cleanliness, etc. what will be allowed and will not be allowed /what is deemed acceptable. Again the building decor and lay out is nice and can be considered a modern luxury apartment but due to the structure in regards to what residents are being allowed to do inside the building. I definitely would not consider this a luxury residence. It unfortunately has been revealed to be operating/upheld as a high rent very very below basic apartment building. If interested in renting here ask to come tour during late evening or on a Saturday night, ask to walk each floor in order to smell the smoke and hear the noise/ parties you can look forward to enduring until the end of your lease. I’m hoping the necessary changes will be made and implemented and the tenants are held to the rules/regulations of the lease. So that these issues don’t continue on. That such low expectations of residents does not continue so that this place truly meets potential & become the very nice place it is advertised as, which are “Luxury apartments.” As of now from personal experiences they are not.
